DELIVERY
Delivery is to mainland UK only, We do not make overseas deliveries.
A date for delivery will be allocated at the time of order. If for any reason we cannot dispatch an item by this date, we will notify you by phone. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any third party.
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible. We will contact you to arrange delivery.

Where we deliver:
Our deliveries are one man and based on ground floor only or to the nearest accessible point to your property.
We endeavour to meet all delivery bookings but can not be held responsible for situations beyond our control.
Deliveries by us can be scheduled for a sunday if you so wish.
We recommend that you organise the fitting of your appliances once they have been delivered and inspected to your satisfaction.
Deliveries by us of Range cookers and American Style refrigeration are based on a garage only delivery.
Where deliveries are outside our area or they are specialist items where a two man delivery and/or installation is required, there will be an additional charge for this service.
You will be contacted prior to the acceptance of the order and given the opportunity to cancel this agreement if you do not wish to pay the additional charges.
If you cancel at this time you will get a full refund within three days.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will only take £50.00 as a deposit on any order of any amount.
Balance of payment will be a few days prior to the delivery.
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Delta cards for deposits of £50.00, balance payments can only be paid by cheque or bankers draft prior to delivery, all cheques will require 6 working days for clearance (please make cheques payable to 'Exclusive Interiors Limited').
Payment by cash must be made in person in store.
Drivers will not take/or collect cash on delivery.
If billing and delivery addresses are not the same, we may require a utility bill for confirmation.
All Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Some items will require a manufacture's two man specialist home delivery service and will have an extra charge for this.
You will be informed of this prior to us taking your order or payment.
Passing of Risk:
The risk on the Products shall pass to the Customer on delivery once the products have been signed for.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS - INFORMATION
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 working days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
When returning items to us we recommend that you insure the products for the return journey.

All dates and times given for delivery are given in good faith, we endeavour to meet all agreed schedules, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of time or monies resulting from delayed, missed or incorrect deliveries.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.
DELAY OR FAILURE TO PERFORM
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in performing of our any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control eg :
an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident
war or civil disturbance
strike, industrial action or stoppages of work
any form of government intervention
a third party act or omission
failure by you to give us a correct email or delivery address or notify us of any change of address
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All our goods are brand new and boxed with full manufacturer's guarantee's.
WE DO NOT SELL SECOND'S OR GRADED PRODUCT'S.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this Web Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual product.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.
The products sold on this Web Site have been designed to comply with the health and safety laws of the UK and we cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any health safety or other legal requirement outside the UK.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. All goods that are available can be delivered at a charge of twenty pounds within a twenty five mile radius of our showroom. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
DAMAGES
We recommend that all products are inspected for damages prior to the courier or manufacturer leaving your premises. If this not possible please inspect the goods at your earliest convenience but within 48 hours of delivery. After this period we are unable to accept claims for damages. We will only accept goods back which are unused and unopened.
If your product is found to be damaged, please contact us immediately to enable us to resolve the problem.
FAULTY GOODS
Claims regarding faulty goods will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty but this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliances to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the service call. If installing gas you must use a qualified CORGI engineer, who will have the proper certification.
GUARANTEE
All products are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty.
A proportion of brands carry a two,three or five year warranty this is subject to the customer registering the correct paper work with the manufacturer.
